It’s extremely important when engaging a builder to renovate, whether being a Bathroom, Kitchen, Flooring, Wine Room, Laundry or General building works that you understand the process, who is responsible for what, what is the expected time line and of course the budget.
We at By Urban are the experts in communication, we treat your renovation as if it was our own, once you confirm to a By Urban Project you become one of the family.

The By Urban Journey
1. Initial Enquiry
One of our experienced Designers will contact you within 48 hours of your enquiry to schedule an in-house consultation. We are proud to be an award-winning team with great, in-depth knowledge for interior design and the latest trends.
2. Proposal Preparation
Our designers visit your home/space to measure and gain inspiration to prepare a no obligation design and construction proposal
3. Presenting Proposal
We will schedule a time to present the completed proposal in our showroom at Glenunga, which will outline the design, layout, scope of work and the selections process. We will take the time to discuss every detail with you, ensuring you have a complete understanding of your project.
4. Sign Your Contract
Upon acceptance of your proposal and deposit, your dream starts to turn into reality. Not only will our Designers guide you through our step-by step process, you will also be introduced to your designated Project Manager, who will keep you well informed at every stage.
5. Check Measure
We want you to have peace of mind, so our Check Measure stage allows us to review all plans and processes so that the construction phase of your renovation is seamless and on time.
6. Ordering Products
Prior to scheduling your renovation, our team will order the hand-selected products chosen during your Selections. We are committed to working with only the highest quality products and building service to ensure perfection in your project.
7. Commencement of Renovations
Your Project Manager will communicate a start date and provide you with frequent updates throughout the construction process with our exclusive trade team. We pride ourselves on our transparency, therefore from the conception to completion of your renovation, you will be communicated with daily.
8. Handover
Congratulations! We have arrived at the handover. Your renovation vision is now a reality. Together, we celebrate the incredible By Urban journey that we have been on, as well as the completion of your new, vibrant space.
