At By Urban, communication underpins everything we do. It’s the discipline our entire process is built on. From the earliest design conversations through to daily updates on site, you are kept informed with clarity at every stage of your project.
Every renovation we undertake is treated with the same care we would give our own home. Once you begin a renovation project with By Urban, you become one of the family.

The By Urban 8 Step Process
For all bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations.
1. Initial Enquiry
Once we recieve your completed online enquiry or have gathered your information by phone – one of our experienced designers will contact you within 48 hours of your enquiry to schedule an in-house consultation.
2. Proposal Preparation
Our designers then visit your home to measure your space and gain inspiration to prepare a no obligation design and construction proposal.
3. Proposal Presentation
We will schedule a time to present you with the completed proposal in detail at our showroom at Glenunga, where we will outline the design, layout, scope of work and the selections process.
4. Contract Acceptance
Upon acceptance of your proposal and payment of your deposit, our team guide you through the next steps and you will also be introduced to your designated Project Manager, who will keep you well informed at every stage.
5. Product Selections
Prior to scheduling your renovation, our team will order the hand-selected products chosen during your Selections of the materials, fixtures, and finishes you choose for your project.
6. Check Measure
We want you to have peace of mind, so our Check Measure stage allows us to review and confirm all measurements, plans and processes so that the construction phase of your renovation is seamless and on time.
7. Commencement of Renovations
Your Project Manager will inform you of a start date for your renovation and will be your point of call, providing you with frequent updates throughout the construction process.
8. Handover
Congratulations! We have arrived at the handover. Your vision is now a reality and celebrate the journey we’ve been on together and the completion of your new, vibrant space.

By Urban offer a no-obligation, detailed design concept including an accurate proposal that includes all product allowances, labour, and materials for one room.
If you have multiple rooms, we offer the following options:
No Cost – Our designer will discuss your renovation requirements and look at your additional space giving you an approximate renovation cost to assist with budgeting.
Full Additional Room Quoting Process – we charge approximately $500 per room, this will be discussed on-site and is dependent on the area. This is then fully refundable should you decide to proceed to the renovation stage with By Urban.
Should you go ahead with the first room initially quoted, a deposit will need to be placed and then our designers will be happy to quote additional rooms at no charge.
