I asked Damian, Ron and their team to help me do a complete repair, redesign and renovation of a three bedroom townhouse, whilst I was still living interstate.
The design process with Damian was thorough, consultative and patient. I was guided through the many options, pros and cons of different styles, and in the end I was very satisfied that we had made the right choice. Throughout the three month construction phase, I was regularly updated by Ron, who was effectively my onsite project manager, each week and provided outstanding advice. Real time issues with internal structures were conveyed to me immediately, and agreed solutions were carried out superbly.
My family and I moved in at the beginning of 2018, and we have truly been impressed by the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. The new kitchen in a small area is amazingly functional. The new cabinets and layout of the laundry is excellent, and we love the new modern bathroom, again in a small area – they even managed to fit a his and her basin! The new carpets and the complete internal painting is top quality.
We have lived in the townhouse now for six months and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Team.

From our first enquiry, Urban Bathrooms exhibited a professional yet approachable style. We benefited from prompt attention and a can-do attitude. The designer really listened to our wish list and budget limitations which resulted in the end job being exactly as originally envisioned.
The tradespeople produced excellent quality workmanship which can’t be faulted. We felt comfortable with the tradespeople in our home and as house-proud home owners, we appreciated the excellent extra care that was taken to look after and protect the already established fixtures and fittings within our home. All rubbish was removed and the tradespeople also recognised the value we placed on our garden and were careful not to damage any plants.
Daily communication, which we feel is crucial to any building project, happened without fail, keeping us informed about what was happening throughout the project.
We could not be more pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Urban Bathrooms.

Their build team are all in-house, so no sub-contractors used and they manage comms well with SMS updates to tell me what was completed that day.

I am writing to let you know how thrilled we are with our bathroom renovation!
David was the only designer that I contacted which challenged my ideas and then spent the time to go through the quote and showed me some of his previous work. In the end he came up with a far better design than I had which is much more functional. Tammy was also fantastic in the selection process. She made the process of picking all of the fittings and tiles so easy by limiting the number of selections I looked at. Although we began discussing the renovation in September the whole process hinged on the delivery of a new window.
Although there was a possibility to get the renovation completed by Christmas, if anything went wrong during the process we could be left with a half completed bathroom. After discussions with David we agreed to begin at the beginning of the year. In the end the whole renovation, which included the movement of plumbing, was fully completed in 4 weeks and I was very pleased with the outcome.
On site all of your workmen were friendly, tuned up on time and were tidy! If there were any issues I was contacted by Ron and the issues were resolved quickly and easily. Joe the tiler in particular was fabulous. His attention to detail is evident in the end product.
I was impressed with your service from the design, product selection and through to the end product. I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone wishing to undertake a bathroom renovation.

We employed By Urban to renovate both of our bathrooms, the second just completed. They both look fantastic! We have nothing but the highest of praise for their high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, we were regularly updated on the progress of the projects.
Tradesman were always on site when expected or we were advised well ahead of time of any changes. All tradesmen were friendly, polite and considerate of our family situation.
